Try it in 30 seconds

How many words can you remember?

We'll show you five words for five seconds. Then find them among the others. It's the same kind of exercise you'll find in the Memory pack.

Just for fun. This is not a medical test.

Ready? Read them slowly, out loud if you like.

Sound familiar?

Small memory slips creep in slowly. The wish to do something about it comes right away.

  • Mom tells the same story twice during one lunch.
  • A familiar name stays stuck on the tip of the tongue.
  • The days go by in front of the TV, one just like the next.
  • You'd love to spend time together but aren't sure what to suggest.

One page a day gives the morning a small goal, a moment to share and the satisfaction of finishing it.

What the research says

Mental exercise leaves a lasting mark.

In the NIH-funded ACTIVE study, 2,832 adults with an average age of 74 were followed for ten years. Those who trained reasoning and processing speed more often stayed at or above their starting level and reported less difficulty with everyday tasks.

That's why the pages mix reasoning, attention and language, not just memory drills. ACTIVE is independent research on mental exercise, not a study of this product.

How do I get the pages after I buy?

Right after checkout you'll get an email with a link to download the PDFs. They're also on your order confirmation page, and you can download them again anytime.

Do I need a color printer?

No. The pages use light colors and print clearly in black and white on regular US Letter paper. An A4 version is included too.

Can I print them more than once?

Yes. For personal and family use you can print them as often as you like, for anyone in your household.

Are they suitable for someone with dementia or Alzheimer's?

Many families use them as a pleasant, structured activity. If things feel hard, start at the Easy level and do the pages together. The pages do not treat or slow any disease. For a cognitive therapy program, talk to a doctor or a licensed professional.

Is this a medical treatment?

No. These are engaging brain activities. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you notice changes in memory, please talk to a doctor.

Can I use them in a senior living community or adult day center?

Yes. For use with multiple residents, email us and we'll set you up with a facility license.

Can I get a refund?

Because the pages are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final. If anything goes wrong with your order, like a missing download link or a file that won't open, email us and we'll fix it right away. Not sure which pack to choose? Write to us before you buy.
